We may from time to time collect anonymised contributions from community discussions and use them for impact reporting and funding applications.

If you’re sharing information about other individuals, please ensure you have permission or that the information is already publicly available.

We may also research and collect publicly available contact information about potential collaborating organisations and partners to support ReAnglia’s relationship-building and partnership development work.

We do not collect special category information such as sensitive personal data.

  • Legitimate Interest We have a legitimate organisational interest in identifying and reaching out to potential partners and collaborators to advance ReAnglia’s mission. We only use publicly available professional contact information for this purpose. Under this lawful basis, you have the right to object to this processing at any time by contacting us.

How long we keep information

The following retention schedule outlines how long we keep personal information.

Contact enquiries and collaboration expressions of interest:

  • Active contacts (ongoing communication or relationship): Retained for the duration of the relationship and up to 3 years after last contact.
  • Inactive contacts: Reviewed every 2-3 years; deleted if there has been no engagement.
  • One-off enquiries with no follow-up: Retained for 1 year, then deleted.

Research on potential collaborating organisations (publicly sourced):

  • Retained for up to 2 years or until contact is established
  • Reviewed periodically and deleted if no longer relevant to ReAnglia’s work

We conduct regular reviews of our contact database to ensure we only retain data that is necessary and current. You can request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at ReAnglia@proton.me.

Data processor: Baserow B.V.

This data processor does the following activities for us: Provides secure database and form management services for contact enquiries, collaboration data and research on potential collaborating organisations.

Sharing information outside the UK

Where necessary, our data processors may share personal information outside of the UK. When doing so, they comply with the UK GDPR, making sure appropriate safeguards are in place. For further information or to obtain a copy of the appropriate safeguard for any of the transfers, please contact us using the contact information provided above.
