We work with people and organisations in Eastern England to remember lost values and reimagine thriving futures in relationship with the land.
What we do:
- Talks, presentations and workshops to explore relationship with land, past and future.
- Business offerings – materials and workshops to support regenerative strategy and nature-centric governance innovation.
- An online community for people curious about kinship with the land, Rights of Nature, nature connection and regenerative futures in the East of England.
Why:
The biggest barrier to living well with nature isn’t a lack of solutions, it’s that most of us have stopped seeing ourselves as part of nature.
Even the use of the word ‘it’ reveals this – as if parts of the natural world are inanimate. But nature is a moving, changing, breathing network of life.
This is how we’ve been taught to see the world – we forgot that for the majority of our history our ancestors lived in dialogue with nature, that we all belong to the land.
If we drive a car, the steering wheel follows our gaze. Mindset shapes behaviour. If we want deep change, we need to remember that we’re kin with the living world.
Once we remember this, we need to redesign our laws, economies, institutions and ways of living. By joining together locally and thinking in new ways, we can be part of a different future. What is nature asking of you?
